Kevin shares how the new TrainHeroic Family track is designed to make fitness more accessible to service members and their families, whether they are at home in Vermont or supporting a service member who is away. They chat about the Army's traditional approach to physical fitness, the benefits of having a coach and a community, and why taking care of your physical health is an important part of taking care of yourself and your family.
